Ingredients :
1 kg Chicken cut into pieces
1 tsp Salt (as per taste)
2 tbsp Ginger and garlic paste
1 tbsp Coriander powder
½ tsp Black pepper powder
½ tsp Garam masala powder
½ tsp Chilli flakes
2 tbsp White vinegar
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp Fresh green coriander chopped (for garnishing)
Method :
1. Wash the chicken and cut into small pieces.
2. Marinate the chicken with
salt, ginger and garlic paste, black
pepper pwd, coriander pwd, garam masala pwd, chilli flakes and white vinegar.
3. Mix everything well and
keep aside for half an hour .
4. Heat oil in a non stick vessel
add marinated chicken and mix it well.
5. Add 2 tbsp water and keep
stirring and mixing continuously for 5
minutes or till the chicken release the water.
6. Keep frying till the chicken water gets dry.
7. Cover the lid and cook on
low flame for 15 minutes.
8. Garnish with green coriander leaves.
