Rava Ka Dhokla | Rava Suji ka Instant Dhokla / Semolina Dhokla (सूजी का ढोकला झटपट बनायें) Eno Rava Dhokla




















Ingredients:

1  cup rava (semolina) any type
½  cup curd
½ tsp salt
½ or 1 tsp sugar
½ tsp ginger crushed
1 - tsp ENO fruit salt

Tempering (Tadka)
2 - tbsp oil
½ - tsp mustard seed
1 - tsp sesame seed (til)
Few curry leaves
2 - green chillis chopped

Method:
1. Take empty bowl and add Rava, curd, half cup water and mix it well, then cover and keep aside for 15 Minutes.

2.  After 15 minutes, open the cover and add more water and make the batter not very thick and not very thin consistency.

3.  Now add salt, ginger and sugar in the batter and mix it well.

4.  In a separate vessel add water and keep the jali stand in it and let the water come to boil.

5.  Grease the pan with oil in which you will be steaming the dhokla an keep it ready.

6.  In the rava  batter add Eno fruit salt on top add 2 spoon water and mix it well in a quick speed with spoon.

7.  Pour the batter immediately in the oil greased pan.

8.  keep the pan in the vessel in which the water is boiling.

9.  close the vessel lid, cover and cook on high flame for 20 minutes.

10. check the Rava Dhokla by putting any sharp knife.

11. If the knife edge is come out clean, that means the Rava Dhokla is ready

12. Let it cool down completely.

13. Once it’s cool, cut it in a diamond shape.

Tempering (Tadka)

14.  Heat oil , add mastard seed, saseme seed, curry leaves and green chilli.

15.  Pour it on the top of the Rava Dhokla .

16.  Spongy Rava Dhokla is ready to Serve as a tea time snacks with any kind of chutney, ketchup or eat as it is.
