Ingredients :
1 cup Milk powder
½ cup Milk
1 tbsp Ghee
Method :
1. On a low flame, In a
vessel add milk and let it become hot (do not boil the milk).
2. Once the milk is hot add ghee and let it melt and keep on
stirring.
3. Now add milk powder and
keep stirring to avoid lumps, mix continuously.
4. Cook on low flame for 4 to 5 minutes.
5. Once the mixture come thick and comes together into a dough.
6. Switch of the flame and let the mawa cool down completely.
7. Instant home made mawa is ready for making any type of sweet of
your choice.
8. Mawa can be used in various sweet dishes like Gulab Jamun, Gajar ka Halka, Malpua etc.
