Ingredients:
1 cup rice ( soaked for 2 hours )
3 cup water
Salt as per taste
Oil
Method :
1. Strain rice and remove the extra water.
2. Put the rice in a mixture jar, add little water and grind
to a smooth paste.
3. Grind until batter turn smooth.
4. Take out the smooth batter into a big bowl.
5. Now we will make this batter thinner by adding water. It
should be pouring consistency.
6. Add salt in a batter and mix it well.
7. Heat the non
stick tawa or pan, apply oil on
hot pan and spread it evenly all over with the help of silicon
brush or napkin paper.
8. Tawa should be very hot .
9. Pour a ladleful of batter and rotate the pan to spread it
all around.
10. Cover and cook for 30 second on medium high flame.
11. Open the lid and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes or till
dosa start to separate from all the corner.
12. Apply little oil and flip it over and cook on both the sides or just fold the
dosa into half and again into half to make a triangle.
13. Soft and delicious neer dosas are ready.
14. Serve hot with any chutney or with any type of veg / non
veg gravy.
