Ingredients:
5 no.
Potatoes boiled and cut into small pieces
2 no. Onion
chopped
10 no.
Garlic cloves chopped
½ inch
Ginger crushed
2 no. Green
chillies chopped
½ tsp
Mustard seed
½ tsp
Turmeric powder
Few Curry leaves
Salt as per
taste
½ cup
Coriander leaves chopped
2 tbsp
Cooking oil
Method:
1. Heat the
kadai on medium flame.
2. Add oil,
once the oil is hot add mustard seed and wait till it crackle.
3. Now add
the curry leaves, green chillies and garlic
and mix it well and fry for a while.
4. Now add
ginger and fry everything till the raw smell of ginger and garlic go away.
5. Now add
onion and mix it well and fry the onion till it become soft.
6. Now add
the turmeric powder and mix it well and fry for a while.
7. Add the
boiled potatoes and salt.
8. Mix
altogether and cover the lid and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
9. Potato
bhaji is ready to eat with puri, chapati or bread.
