Green curry

Ingredients

1 bunch  fresh green coriander
½ cup  fresh mint leaves
1’’  ginger
3 no. green chilli
10 cloves of  garlic
1no. lemon juice
8-10 cloves
½ tsp  black papper corns
½ tsp cumin seeds
2 sticks of cinnamon stick
½ tsp salt (as per taste)
little water to grind

Method

1. Put all the above ingredients in a grinding  jar by adding very little water to grind the masala  and  make a  smooth  paste.

2. After grinding put it in a clean glass bottle and keep it in the fridge, this masala can be preserved  in fridge for 10 to 15 days  or it can also be stored in freezer  by putting in the  ice tray, which can be preserved for more further use. 


3. This  masala can be used in various dishes, like chicken, mutton, fish, vegetable, pulov etc. ( veg / non-veg).
