Ingredients:
½ cup – Suji (Rawa)
½ tsp - Turmeric Powder
½ tsp - Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp - Salt (as per taste)
4 tbsp - Cooking Oil
Method:
1. Peel the
potatoes and cut in round slices.
2. wash the
potatoes and remove all the extra water.
3. Apply red
chilli , turmeric and salt.
4. Mix it
well and keep aside for 10 minutes.
5. Deep the
potato slice in suji (rawa) and coat from all the sides.
6. Heat oil
in a frying pan once the oil is heated.
7. Add the
coated suji (rawa) potatoes in hot oil
8. Fry on
low flame on both the sides till golden brown in color.
9. Serve hot
with ketchup or eat as it is as a snacks.
