Ingredients:-
1 Kg Chicken Cut Into Pices
Salt As
Per Taste
3 No. Tomatoes Chop
3no. Onion Chop
Curry Leaves Few
1 Cup All In One Green Masala (For recipe
please check the link in Description Box or End Screen Video)
2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
Little Water
Method
:-
1. Heat oil in a non stick vessel , once oil is
hot add curry leaves.
2. Add onion and pinch of salt in it so the
onion gets soft very fast.
3. Now add All in one green masala with very
little water, Mix everything
Well on
low flame till the masala leaves the oil.
4. Cover the lid and cook for 5 to10 minutes.
5. After 10 minutes, open the lid and fry the masala
till water gets dry.
6. Now add chicken and salt as per taste.
7. Mix it well , cover the lid and cook for 15
to 20 minutes on low flame till
The
chicken is cooked.
8. Serve with roti, naan, bread , jeera rice or
pulov.
