Mooli Ki Sabzi


3 bunches -  Radish  chopped (Mooli)
3 big - Onion sliced (Pyaaj)
8 - Garlic cloves  chopped (lahasun)
3  - Green Chilli  slit (haree mirch)
½ tsp - Turmeric powder  ( Haldi powder)
½ tsp - Salt (Namak)
½ cup - Coconut grated  (Naariyal kasa hua)
2 tsp - Coconut oil  (Naariyal ka tel)
3 tbsp - Cooking oil (Tel)


Method :

1.  Heat  cooking oil in a Vok (kadai)

2.  Add garlic, and fry till you get the aroma.

3.  Add onion, green chilli and fry till onion become soft.

4.  Add turmeric powder and fry for a while.

5.  Add reddish, salt and mix it well .

6.  Cover the lid and cook for 10 minutes on low flame.

7.  After 10 minutes open the lid and add coconut oil and grated coconut on top, and mix it well. Close the lid.

8.  And cook for more 5 minutes.

9.  Radish  (Mooli) vegetable is ready to serve, enjoy with  rice and chapatti .
