Ingredients:
1 bunch (2cup) - Coriander
leaves (hara dhaniya)
2 - Green chilli (hari
mirch)
½ inch - Ginger piece (adrak)
2 tbsp - Lemon juice
(nimbu ka ras)
½ tsp - salt (Namak)
2 tbsp - Sev (Namkeen bhel sev)
2 tbsp - roasted channa
dal ( Dhaliya)
½ tsp - Cumin seed (
jeera)
½ tsp - Black salt (rock
salt)
½ tsp - Fennal seed (sauf)
¼ cup - Water (pani)
Method :
1. Take a blander jar.
2. Add all
the ingredients in a blender jar like coriander leaves, green chilli, ginger, lemon
juice, salt, sev, roasted channa dal, jeera
(cumin seed), black salt, fennal seed.
3. Add little water and grind into a smooth paste.
4. Sandwich chutney is ready to use.
5. This
Chutney can also be enjoyed with snacks
like samosa, chaat, Idli, dosa, dhokla.
